With less than ten days to go, here is everything you need to know about getting to Stockholm and finding your way to us.

Arriving by Air

Most international flights land at Arlanda Airport (ARN), about 40 km north of the city. From there you have two main options:

• Arlanda Express is an express train that gets you to the central station (Stockholm Centralen) in 20 minutes. A single ticket costs around 350 SEK (~30 EUR). From the central station, follow the subway directions below.
• Taxi directly from the airport to the venue takes 50 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and costs around 600 to 800 SEK (~55 to 75 EUR). Book through the official taxi queue at the arrivals hall.

If you arrive at Bromma Airport (BMA), a taxi to the venue takes 20 to 30 minutes and costs around 350 to 500 SEK (~30 to 50 EUR).

Arriving by Train

Trains into Stockholm arrive at the central station (Centralen). From there, take the Subway (Green Line towards Hagsätra, Farsta Strand, or Skarpnäck). Get off at the fourth stop, Skanstull, and head south towards the exit marked "Ringvägen." The venue is a one-minute walk from the exit.

A single adult ticket is valid for 75 minutes and costs about 42 SEK (~4 EUR). You can tap a contactless card at the sliding doors or buy a ticket from the SL app.

Arriving by Car

If you are driving, aim for P-Hus Skanstull (Skansbrogatan 5, 118 60 Stockholm), the parking garage next to the venue. It offers indoor and outdoor parking with 14 EV charging stations. The cost is around 420 SEK (~40 EUR) per day. Exit the garage, turn left, and you are there.

Taking a Taxi in Stockholm

Always book a car in advance or choose one from a taxi queue. Do not accept offers from drivers approaching you. Once at the venue, the hotel reception can book a taxi for you. If you do need to flag one down, check the yellow price comparison sticker on the car. The figure should be in the range of 375 to 450 SEK.

Weather

Late May in Stockholm usually means long days (sunrise before 04:00, sunset after 21:30), temperatures around 15 to 20 degrees, and the occasional rain shower. Bring a light jacket.
