Brian is the General Counsel for PIR and oversees its Anti-Abuse Program.

Brian has been involved in several industry initiatives aimed at combatting DNS Abuse, including helping to create the DNS Abuse Institute. Brian serves on the topDNS Steering Committee and is Coordinator of the Internet and Jurisdiction Policy Network’s Domains and Jurisdiction Program. 

Brian is one of the co-creators and primary authors of the Framework to Address Abuse.

Brian also serves as Co-Chair of the gTLD Registries Stakeholder Group DNS Abuse Working Group.
