We are delighted to announce that Monte Cahn, Managing Director of RightOfTheDot, will be joining us at Nordic Domain Days 2026.

Monte is a true pioneer of the domain name industry. He founded Moniker.com in 1995 and served as its CEO until 2010, building it into one of the most reputable ICANN-accredited registrars and the global leader for domain name sales. He also founded SnapNames.com, a leading domain auction platform, and DomainSponsor.com for domain monetization. Over the course of his career, Monte has facilitated more than $600 million in premium domain name and digital asset transactions.

Monte is widely credited with pioneering live domain auctions, online and private brokerage, domain escrow and appraisal services, domain theft prevention, and stealth domain acquisitions. His client list at Moniker included the NHL, Microsoft, Yahoo, and Major League Baseball.

Today, Monte leads RightOfTheDot, specialising in domain brokerage, auctions, appraisals, and escrow. He is also Managing Director of Internet Equity Limitada, focused on domain, website, and email monetization, and co-founded Dot Hip Hop, LLC, the .HipHop top-level domain registry.
